    La protéine de pois en poudre biologique de Tootsi est une source végétale de protéines dérivées de pois qui a subi un processus d'extraction pour se transformer en poudre. Après la récolte, les pois sont séchés et réduits en farine fine. Cette farine est ensuite mélangée avec de l'eau et fermentée. Le contenu protéiné obtenu est enfin séparé des fibres, séché et réduit en poudre.
