    Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a polypore mushroom harvested from birch trees.

    It has been used for centuries and is consumed as a herbal tea or as a coffee substitute.

    It is valued for its many beneficial properties (anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, antioxidant, etc.).

    Place 1–2 teaspoons of chaga in a teapot filled with cold water, let it steep for about 30 minutes, then heat without boiling for 30 minutes.

    Sweeten to taste.

    You can also flavor the chaga with another herbal tea, such as our Forest Herbal Tea, or another type of tea!
