Our 100% grass-fed cattle are certified organic by Pro-Cert: they are fed exclusively on natural grass and hay year-round and throughout their entire lives. We adapt their diet to each season: in the summer, the herd has free access to pastures, and in the winter, our farmers feed them organic hay grown during the summer. This is a natural diet free of herbicides and pesticides. Organic certification covers not only the diet but also animal welfare. Fermes Valens can therefore guarantee you local meat that is free of hormones and antibiotics.
