Preparation:

2 - Heat one cup of water to the correct temperature using a thermometer. Add a few drops of the hot water.

3 - Place one tablespoon of matcha tea powder in the warm bowl, then add the hot water. Whisk quickly until a layer of foam forms. Enjoy!
